Create Support Files
SongKong has a really useful feature called Create Support Files. The support files are very important for us when trying to resolve any problems you may have. Support files include your logs files, your preferences and the last few reports you have created for each report type
After selecting Next the support files are created but they are not sent yet.
They can be viewed before sending via the Download Support File button
Before sending us support files you need to create a topic on this forum about the problem using the Create Forum Topic button and enter the Url into the Forum url field.
Then select Send Support Files button to upload the support files. If any of your last few runs were on a large music collection then the last few reports will be larger and so it may take a bit longer to upload the support files.
