SongKong comes with a set of special Javascript functions useful for creating filename masks, but don’t forget these are in addition to all the standard Javascript Expression Language functions we can also use.
We can also edit, add and delete these functions.
This is one place where the user interface is slightly different between the Remote User Interface and the Desktop User Interface
If using the Remote User Interface then you can select Edit, Add or Delete next to the Javascript User Defined Functions dropdown from the Preferences:Filename masks tab
If using the Desktop User Interface the javascript function dropdown is displayed when you open a filename mask for editing
BTW the reason for the difference is because it seems more natural to want to edit Javascript functions when editing a filename mask so that is what we did for desktop version, but it would make the html page too large if we did it for the web version.
