Manual editing is useful for making changes to one album, but what about if we need to make an edit to many albums, then for this we have the very powerful Auto Edit tool.
This actually comprises three tools Capitalizer, Find and Replace and Trim, and any or all of these tools can be applied to multiple fields in one go. The Basic tab defines which of these tools to enable and lets us run in Preview mode if we wish
Capitalizer can be used to perform case conversions such as Title Case or lowercase.
Find and Replace can be used to replace text in selected fields with replacement text, simple text or regular expressions can be used for finding the text to replace.
Trim can be used to remove leading, trailing and duplicate white space.
