Not really, if nothing is getting matched then maybe database corrupted in which case please run Empty Database from the Admin menu, otherwise please run Create Support Files

I have SongKong installed on my QNAP TS 253A and its working fine. My music is in a folder /music and I am able to access it and run songkong features.
I have a large music collection some music on the NAS and some on a Hard Disk (USBDisk1) connected to the NAS via USB. How can I add that to the music folder in the container station so that SongKong can see that also and I can identify duplicates between the one on the NAS drives and on the attached Hard Disk?

It need to be visible under the folder you set as /music, can you do that ?
