I bought a SongKong license via Paypal a couple of days ago, but have yet to receive the registration email (I’ve checked the usual spam-traps and suchlike) - is there an issue somewhere in the back end, or is this a normal delay?

Same problem as these two folks…paid with paypal account and only received a paypal confirmation email…no registration key. Please help!

Hi Colin there was a problem with hotmail and msn accounts but now resolved, Ive just resent your license.

I have the same issue, paid using card via PayPal 6 hrs ago but have received no registration keys.
I have already sent you both an e-mail Paul and a text message but no response.
I did receive a PayPal receipt at time of payment. Can you help please?

I also am waiting for my key having already paid by Visa on paypal, and having confirmation of payment from them. I have also sent an email to Jthink support. Can you please expedite??
