HI, sorry Im on vacation and have limited internet access. I think something must have gone wrong with autiomated purchase Ill refund, then please just repurchase and it should go through fine this time
Sorry to be a bother, but per your previous response I have successfully received my refund via paypal and initiated re-purchase of same (pro version) via paypal and have yet to received a registration code.

I bought with paypal with a false mail address (i never give my real one to paypal, because of privacy issues).
How can i get my SongKong pro license now ?
I send a mail to support with my transaction No (i had to ask to my bank) but no answer at this time.
Please , provide additional payment methods for letting people use for example their own visa card for payment.

alban1973 I have answered all support emails received but I have nothing for the email address you used on the forum so I dont know who you are, perhaps send me a private message on the forum with more information and I can the license to the correct email address.
Hi Paul, Sorry to sound impatient, but how long does it take for the registration to come through? I know it was only 2 hours ago when I paid for it, but am off to bed soon, and was wanting to make a start. cheers
