Jaikoz 10.1.2 Moose Released August 15th 2020

We are pleased to announce Jaikoz 10.1.2 Moose is now released.

  • [JAIKOZ-1272] - Windows, JPackage installer should not put dlls into top level folder
  • [JAIKOZ-1274] - Discogs:Update Song Title can fail with java.lang.NullPointerException
  • [JAIKOZ-1276] - Problems writing metadata for DSF files larger than 2GB
  • [JAIKOZ-1278] - setting.properties file missing from JaikozSupportFile.zip

Sorry there was a bug in the initial Moose release, this has now been fixed and Moose re-released. If you have already downloaded and installed Jaikoz 10.1.2 Moose please uninstall then re-download and reinstall. Although the version number is the same you can determine that you have the new version by checking the Help:About menu, the Build Date should say 16th August 2020

Note on Windows you have to uninstall first in order to be able to install newer version of 10.1.2

There is an issue on linux with the permissions for the fingerprinting program fpcalc used by Jaikoz.

Assuming within the Jaikoz folder you can fix as follows

chmod 777 lib/app/fpcalc*

Will be fixed in next release.
