Note these instructions are only valid if you have an N1 Mk1, Mk2 that has not been updated to EX firmware.

From Windows Explorer, right click on the PC icon and select Map Network Drive

Select Preferred drive letter and enter ipaddress (or network name) of the Melco

Click on Browse and select the Share folder and OK

Select Finish

When prompted to enter network credentials enter username nobody and password nobody

Now contents are visible under your preferred drive letter

Select the SongKong folder, all log files can be found in the Logs folder. Configuration files and the internal database are stored in the Prefs folder and your reports are stored in the Reports folder.
