unknown artist issue

I am using songkong for melco, I notice that several albums have correct song titles and artwork but they show the artist as unknown. What am i doing wrong?

Are you using the embed naim metadata file options because sometimes the naim metadata files dont actually identify artist or album properly.

Best if you could run Help:Create Support Files

For the next release we now ignore these bad cddbinfo.txt and amginfo.xml files that contain ‘Unknown Artist’ metadata, should be available next week.
