Unable to find Music Files

I am running the latest version of Song Kong Pro. I ran it on a database of 41,000 tracks. It ran perfectly, however I forgot to tick the option in basic to add genres, so when it had finished there were no genre to any of the tracks. I tried to rerun with this option ticked, unfortunately it no longer found the files. I then removed the fixes and tried again, no luck. Then I deinstalled Song Kong and removed all registry entries and reinstalled, still no luck. I left it running for 4 hours to no effect.

I am unsure what to do next, any suggestions would be gratefully received.

There seemed to be a particular issue with running directly against root folder i.e C:\ , have not been able to reproduce but adding in more checks for new release.

The workaround was simply to select subfolders below e.g C:\Music
