Unable to access Website

Hi Paul,

I was able to start the container application once, but I had to accept my license agreement; that didn’t work, and since then remote access to Songkog has been impossible again.

In the Docker container log, I find: Unable to check license, please check Internet connection.

Songkog’s homepage is still inaccessible.

I’m a bit stumped right now; access to the homepage worked perfectly this morning. I’ve tried it with three different browsers and cleared the cache.

I can access various websites without any problems, so a local network issue is most likely not the cause.

Hi, i dont really understand your issue

Server is running and I can access the website, although there was a short period of time earlier on where it didn’t seem to be working, although not clear why.

Maybe there is an issue with a DNS server in your location, but I’m not so familiar with Internet issues

What is exact Url you are trying to use?
Can you run Create Support Files from SongKong?

Hi Paul,
Since I can’t start the application, “create supportfile” isn’t an option either.

I suspect the error lies somewhere in the network, although I don’t understand why I can open 10 different websites with three different browsers without any problems, but not Songkong.

And why did everything work before the update? There must be some kind of problem preventing both license validation (see the Docker container’s log file) and access to the page: www.jthink.net/songkong;

I don’t have enough time right now; I’ll have to look into it more thoroughly on Tuesday or Wednesday. So, no Songkong for me for the time being. I’ll get back to you as soon as everything is working, since it seems to be an isolated issue.

Best regards,
Klaus
