Hello,
SongKong v1.21.1.0 Trial scans only the topmost directory in the drive.
If I take a deeper directory, all icons and menus in the program window are gray.
SongKong also scans not folders without subfolders.
What am I doing wrong?
I know that sounds very strange. But I can not better describe this in English.
I can not create support files, as the program will not accept commands after the occurrence of the errors described.
Not sure, could you just restart SongKong and before doing anything else use Help:Create Support Files and send the zip file created.

Hi, looking at the support files you sent me there is nothing to indicate you have ever actually run Fix Songs or done anything except for start he application, have the log files been edited or deleted ?
If not, maybe you could send me a screencast/video showing what you are doing ?
