I have a large collection of Classical CDs ripped to my N1Z I am running songkong. and minim serve. I can’t find a particular recording from my 1500+ disks
What can I do to ‘sort’ this?

Do you mean you cannot find them after running SongKong, or you cannot find them in first place in order to fix them with SongKong, or that you can find them on Melco server but not in your music player/control point ?
First thing I would suggest is with SongKong run Status Report, this will create a report and spreadsheet of all your music. Then run Create Support Files, this will send this report, any other recent reports and any log files to me so I can see more clearly where you are are.
Also, note that if you have updated songs with SongKong there is unfortunately no way to automatically let MinimServer know, so MinimServer needs to be updated
