Hi, new user here. Just bought today.
I am running SK on my Music folder. It loads 7,239 songs and IDs 7,199 of them. It runs for awhile, and now it has been stuck four about 6 hours with nothing but spinning blue disc. Pause and stop buttons do not work.
Is this normal? How long should this take? Any suggestions?

Hmm, I cant see the screenshot however remember that SongKong does save songs as they are matched so if you cancel it now you wont lose the 7,199 songs that have been matched.
So the best thing to do was cancel it, then send me your support files (Help:Create Support Files) , hopefully this should show us what went wrong.
kinda having the same issue due to memory use.
I have a relatively large library (approx 50 GB) with 8 GB on a Mac - I can see that halfway thru indexing my memory gets worryingly very low and sooner or later the programme crashes or gets stuck
Memory usage has been improved for the next release due this Wednesday, but in the meantime it would help if you could send me your support files.
