I have a quick question, if I may. SK sometimes adds numbers next to genre tags. I read somewhere that ticking iTunes compatibility box in the save tab would fix it, but it doesn’t. I use Jriver to edit my music and Roon to play it.

I assume this is for files containing ID3 tags such as Mp3, Wav or Aif, it also depends on the version of ID3, if it is ID3v23 or ID3v24, are the numbers displayed in both Jriver and Roon, did SongKong actually add the genres or did they already exist ?
Please run Create Support Files and post some screenshots to show the issue.
