SongKong not responding

Hi,
Have just recently bought Songkong and have found an issue.
I am not sure weather I an doing something wrong, but on a few occasions I have found that if I cancel a scan of a folder because I would like to change a setting and the reselect this folder SongKong just greys out and does not respond. (0% cpu, 70 meg ram usage).
I can empty the database but no change I can delete the folder and recopy the source material to the same location but no change, Songkong will not scan this folder.
If I copy this folder to a new location Songkong will happily scan the folder a sort it correctly.

Is there any way to rescan a folder that has previously been scanned, is there a deeper database cleanse that I need to do…?

When I am not having this problem I am loving this program. Well Done :slight_smile:

Hmm, I don’t know Ive not heard of this problem before. Could you send me your support files (Help:Create Support Files)

The support files are quite large (10meg), is there anyway that I can reduce them in size and still give you the information that you need.

The file you have asked for is about 10meg in size is there anyway I can pare this down to a more manageable level, are there just particular parts that you need?

Well, if you can reproduce the problem reliably you could empty you could fro the Help menu Empty Log Files and Delete Reports (If you dont need them anymore), then redo the problem and then create and send new support files.

If you cannot replicate reliably perhaps you could either just delete the reports or send the support files using another mechanism like Dropbox
