Hi, it is for the full year (365 days) not calendar year so it should be fine if you purchased in July 2024, did it just stop working, or did you try and install on a different computer and something similar and then it didnt work?
I checked for the status of your license but could find no purchase or license for the email registered to this forum account so could you please pm me the email address that the license was purchased under.
thanks mate
ill PM you now
HI, your license is fine but since you are using Docker version I think I know the issue. Unless you configure the /songkong virtual folder to a real folder everything stored in it wil be lost when you stop or replace the container, this includes your settings and your SongKong license.
So make sure you have /songkong folder mapped to a real location and reenter license details.
Ohh that explains why if the container restarts or updates I loose my data.
How do I edit the environment/volume so that it’s goes to a location out side the container?
What would the environment/variables be on a docker compose?
/app/data?
Does that explain why it won’t except my keys now though? Was working find previously?
See step 8 of installing SongKong section of https://www.jthink.net/songkong/en/install_docker_synology.jsp basically you need to map /songkong to something not /app/data.
Youre keys have been lost you are just running with autogenerated Lite License at moment.
Thanks Paul I’ll fix this now.
ahhh i had it as /config my error
