Songkong failing to run

I came back to SongKong after a few days away, and it’s failing to run. I have restarted the service, and it still isn’t running. Sometimes it just hangs, sometimes I get a red banner at the top that says something about not being able to open a connection (it went away before I could copy it). I took a peek at the debug logs and I did see some error messages about database corruption, but I can’t figure out what to do. I will add an admin report.

Support files added. I’m totally willing to believe it’s user error - I just don’t know where else to look.

Hi, I have checked the logs and there was a corruption in the database, I dont know why but please check you have enough disk space.

The solution is to recreate the database using Admin:Empty Database, the database is mainly for performance reasons so you won’t lose any data or functionality except you’ll no longer be able to use Undo Changes for any tasks already run.

If you need to free up furher space you may want to run Admin:Delete Reports since over time these can take up substantial disk space.
