SongKong(Docker) fix does not yield anything

Since 2 versions of SongKong on Docker I’m having issues with fixing albums.

After trying to continue with a possible match (using the button [Next]), the page hangs. This happens after using the direct MusicBrainz url, or after selecting a match from SongKong itself.

The logging is not showing any exceptions.

I’ve restarted the container, but to no avail.

Hi, okay I cannot get it to fail myself, so the problem might be specific to the release. I notice you had success on 5th October (using SongKong 10.10 the previous release).

Is it possible you could retry on your problem files using Desktop UI by installing on Windows/MacOS or Linux Desktop and then trying it. If it works then retry but select Start Remote Mode to use WebUI instead, then run Create Support Files again

Hi @paultaylor using the local MacOS version works indeed. First through the client itself and later on using the Remote Mode

I’ll reboot my whole NAS (Synology) to check if this “fixes” the issue MS Windows style.

And did you test against the same problem album?

Yes I did test against the same problem album.

After the reboot of the NAS the situation has been fixed!
