Solution when Support Files are too large

The Create Support Files option automatically uploads recent reports (without images) and log files with just a couple of clicks. However it is worth noting it returns the last five reports of each type (i.e could potentially send five Fix Songs reports and five Delete Duplicates reports ecetera).

So if you are running multiple tasks over large music collections the zip file created could get very large and therefore take a long time to upload. In such a case if you have a reproducible problem that requires support I recommend using Help:Delete Reports to delete all your reports first, then running your task, then running Create Support Files, this way it will only have to upload one report.

Alternatively, if you do not wish to delete your reports you can manually zip the report and email it directly to support@jthink.net
