I have an up-to-date subscription but the ‘Preview only’ box remains greyed out, so I can’t do any serious editing
Any ideas how to remedy?

Hi, I notice you only purchased version update today, so have you restarted since purchase ?
If you have are you sure you actually have your license installed, go to File:Update License and check its not a Lite license installed
If still have issue please run Help:Create Support Files

I actually bought the licence on 4th October - and the annual update this morning
I have turned off and rebooted but no difference
I have input the licence details exactly as sent
I can’t see a File:Update License option but it does say ‘Licence installed ok’
But the Review only box remains greyed out
I have done Create Support Files
What next?
