No Data when starting Songkong

Hi Paul,

I need your help.

I’m using Songkong as a container application on a QNAP NAS.

Today I started Songkong and wanted to edit an album. Unfortunately, I only see a screen with the field headings, no tracks, artwork, etc.

I’ve restarted both my NAS and the container, but nothing has changed. I’ve also cleared the cache and database – without success.
Network connection is OK, other container apps are working flawlessly.

I don’t remember having this problem before.

Please help, the support file is attached.

Thanks, best regards, Klaus

Hi, database seems corrupted please try recreating database.

Unfortunately, no change.

Should I create a new Docker container?

Even if you create a new SongKong container the database would still exist in /songkong if mapped to a physical location outside of the Docker environment, so I would delete this folder and then create a new container.

But it might be another problem, there were issues with database but I also noticed your last run was Monitor Watch Folder not Fix Songs or Match to One Album, could it be that you are running Monitor Watch Folder by mistake.

Hi Paul,

The “Monitor watch folder” is not running. The problem first occurred today when I tried to manually edit an album.

I’ll delete the database and rebuild the container. Are these the correct files:

Database.trace.db

Database.mv.db

Klaus

Yes they are that is correct.

SUCCESSFUL;

Thanks Paul and best regards
Klaus
