My second time using SongKong to process my library. First time stopped at 40K songs, this time around 65K songs. It’s been 24 hrs and no progress on any items although the processing bar continues to show auctions and the labels never change to show completion.
I would assume processing would stop and completion would show?
Is this a known issue? I have around 98K songs in my library.
This can sometimes occur, but the underlying reason can be different. But its important to note that if you just select cancel then it should create a report showing what it has done.
If you then email me your support files (help:Create Support Files) I can investigate the underlying issue.
In the meantime note that songs are saved as matched so those 65,000 songs will have been processed so if you rerun it it should now skip all the songs that were processed (and matched) and more quickly progress to finishing the rest.
