Music not updating

Hello, SongKong seems to be finding the metadata but it is not updated the Music app and everything remains unchanged. Currently on Big Sur. Is this a known issue as currently the app isn’t working for me.

Do you have Preview Only enabled?
Why is nothing actually changed when I run Fix Songs?
