I have used Songkong before, but with a new release this month and a new NAS box, I ran it again against my recordings after copying them to the new storage.
I received multiple (too many to count) error messages "Apr 19, 2018 11:06:08 PM:Unknown Error " and four instances of "Apr 19, 2018 11:05:19 PM:Unknown Error:com.jthink.songkong.match.Scorer.calculateTrackDuration(Scorer.java:506) "
What do these mean and what causes them?
Hmm, that should not happen , please can you run Help:Create Support Files this will send me your log files and I should be able to see the underlying cause then.

I could not say whether I checked to see if there error messages when I have run Songkong in the past. It was some time ago.
Is it relevant to mention that as well as music, the top level folder contains various non music files, including .zip, .jpg, .pdf, .png, .gif, etc. I would hope songkong just ignores them.

I think there is as bug in the latest release, the problem is when matched to a track in MusicBrainz without a track length, I will have to do a fix next week.
Fixed in Songkong 5.3
