License not received

Hello,

I am writing regarding my SongKong Premium purchase with the invoice number 233854514.
Since I have not yet received the license email, I am contacting you here through the forum. Unfortunately, my email provider is known to reject emails from unknown mail servers, so it is possible that the original message containing the license key was blocked or never delivered.

Could you please resend the license information or provide an alternative way for me to access it?

It was sent at Sun, 15 Mar 2026 22:13:17 -0400 (EDT) and I didn’t receive an error to say there was an issue, I have just forwarded the email and resent to you, do you have it now?

I got the mail now. The problem is now resolved.
