My previous licence with yourself ran unto 02/10/2026. I have then purchased a further 3 years licence last week but the expiry date is still showing as 02/10/2026 rather than 02/10/2029. Can you please investigate?

Ah yes there was an error when it tried to update the database for you, not sure why. But now resolved you will have to restart SongKong to see updated expiry date.
