Left frame of FixSongsReport does not load

I’m a Jaikoz customer checking out the trial version of SongKong.

After running SongKong on my music, it loaded the FixSongsReport:
FixSongsReport_00003_2013-07-27-16-37-36.html

The frame on the right side loads fine.

The frame on the left side does not load. The file it’s looking for does not exist:
FixSongsReport_00003_2013-07-27-16-37-36_index.html

I’m running:
SongKong 1.5.0
Build Version: 1012
Build Date: 10/07/2013
Windows 8

Please send me your support files so I can check for an error, and also try again and see if this was a one-off
