ID3 version 24 tagging not applied?

What is shown on Report Summary:
“…mp3s have had their ID3 tag converted to ID3v23”

I have v24 (only) set under the save tab. So none of the songs should have been converted to v23 as I had specified v24.

Also couldn’t this line also stated how many files were converted to v24?

You are quite right, actually it is displaying the wrong message, it is actually a count of how many files had their tags converted to ID3v24 format, logged and fixed - https://jthink.atlassian.net/browse/SONGKONG-2184
