Error message Child process exited with code 1 was unable to open Jaikoz pro
What operating system are you running on?
Assuming Windows, maybe an issue with AccessBridge and assistive technologies
Please see SongKong won't run for the first time after Windows 64-bit install
I think can also occur if you try and install Jaikoz whilst old version still running, or if Virus Checker does something to file to prevent it installing imediately
