Empty folder being moved into folder

My original test folder does not have a folder called Dimestore Hoods and apparently found a song that belongs to this group. Is this the not issue.

Here is the issue:
in the album folder there is another empty folder called Chocolate Starfish and the Hot Dog flavored Water

The created folder structure by songkong:
Dimestore Hoods/Dimestore Hoods/Chocolate Starfish and the Hot Dog Flavored Water

So this is my question:

a) Why was an empty folder moved here to a subfolder ?

b) Chocolate Starfish and the Hot Dog Flavored Water is the album title for Limp Bizkit so why was it placed into the subfolder of Dimestore hoods?

Another example:

The folder called Issues (which is empty) from Korn was moved into a subfolder of freak on a leash also an album from korn

created folder structure by songkong:

Korn/Freak on a Leash/Issues/

So what is the condition that is causing songkong to move empty folders instead of deleting?

I have your support files, did this happen as part of report 27 or earlier?

I cannot curently see how this would happen.

Okay I have completely rewritten the file renaming code for SongKong 7.2 so it works in a much better way, this should resolve this issue. SongKong 7.2 is due to be released next week.
