Docker CLI license verification fails after update; web UI works

Ah, thanks guys, I have now replicated issue on Windows

So, yes each Mac Address associated with a License are logged in database as a protection against a license being shared illegally with others. And if I removed my details from database the initial adding of new mac address is taking about 30 seconds, which is longer than the timeout in the current version of SongKong and causing the error to be displayed.

Now if using DesktopUI you get a chance to retry immediately and this works because the Mac Address is now in database, it just took longer then the timeout to be added

If using WebUI then immediate retry is not offered.

If using cmdline the container fails, so then previously another attempt will fail if using a different mac address every time.

So I am going to work out why it is taking so long to add to database, increase timeout on SongKong and fix WebUI to allow retry if there is failure - https://jthink.atlassian.net/browse/SONGKONG-3065

Okay the server is now fixed, it was using Hibernate to write Mac Addresses, and an inefficent mapping meant when a MacAddress was not not known it was re-adding all Mac Addresses for the license to the database, so it got slower and slower every time you retried !

So it should now work with new mac addresses, but it is preferred to stick with a fixed MAC address, since using multiple mac addresses can trigger the detection of licenses being potentially used in an illegal way.
