Can't install - need help or refund :-(

I apologize. I’m new. This is a duplicate post. I just found the SongKong issues sub group.

I just purchased SongKong and cannot install it.
I have downloaded it 2 times … which is a very slow process for some reason.
Both downloads were binary identical.
When I try to install, I get an error indicating that the installer ended prematurely.
The installer is an MSI file. I tried extracting the files, but there were no file extensions.
I’ve tried repeatedly to install the MSI.
I checked event viewer and I see that the exit code is 1603.

Frustrated … would be new users.

When you say very slow could you specify in seconds please, just tried it myself took 40 seconds which is not very slow.

I then reinstalled without issue so unclear why you are having issue.

Do you have a version of SongKong already installed?
Can you run instaler from a DOS window then post a screenshot of output?

Update:

The issues were on my side.

A VPN was running unexpectedly. Now that I’ve uninstalled that VPN software, I can now download in just 5 seconds or less.

Also, I was able to run the installer successfully as well.

I apologize for the trouble. And thanks again for responding.
