Thanks for the email, okay the issues are:

1. You didn’t actually purchase a license, you purchased an update to an existing license so could use new versions, but you don’t have an existing license.
2. Details of this was sent to the email registered to your paypal account rather than this email address, and that was an invalid email address so the message bounced
