Buy upgrade and then can't use App

After some years of not using Jaikoz with an old licence, I thought i would give it another go. I spend 16 quid, because my email is recognized as an old use. Then I get blocked from using the app. I am view only. Irritation running high. Then I look for support. Can’t find any. So I am posting here to see if anyone can recommend next steps.

The issue is you didn’t purchase 1 Year of Updates instead you Upgraded from Standard to Premium as it says on the on the purchase page in red

Does not by itself give access to new version if version updates has expired

There is not a way to go back down to Standard from Premium, so what I have done for you instead is updated your version updates date to today so that that the current latest version works for you, just restart Jaikoz and it should work for you.

But if you wish to use a version released in the future you’ll need to purchase 1 Year of Updates.
