I have used SongKong in the past (a few months ago), but when I try to use it now I get blank dialog boxes and unclickable buttons (in SongKong main window). I thought that perhaps this might be a Java issue, so I uninstalled and reinstalled Java via the Oracle webpage directions, but this didn’t solve the issue. I have the same problem with Jaikoz. I’ve attached some screenshots. Any suggestions (I am on Mac 10.12.6).

Sounds like general Mac problem, moving to Mac 10.13 may be the best easiest way to resolve this.
I have the same problem, cannot enter serial number after purchase because menu does not open. :evil:
Are you on OSX 13.0, if so please upgrade to OSX 13.1 due to a bug in OSX -
I can’t save to a newer version of OSX, have you older versions of Song Kong? Im using OSX 10.11.16
Newer versions of SongKong should work fine on that version of OSX, perhaps you could send me logs
