Almost no high quality artwork is downloaded

Dear all,

I bought SongKong mainly to update my sometimes abysmal artwork quality within my 15000 albums collection (FLAC, ALAC and MP3). I set it to Update Artwork only, to replace it within the tags ONLY if better quality and to save it as “cover.jpg” in the folder, overwriting existing files. I set it to ignore files with a lesser quality of 1000px and to resize covers larger than 4000px. So far, so good…Now, when I even let it “Fix” my The Rolling Stones folder, where there are a lot of older rips that have 300x300 or 500x500 artwork and which are tagged in a pristine way, SongKong does basically NOTHING, all the embedded covers are still at the bad quality and sometimes a cover is saved to the folder. And one should expect that a tagging software would at least find high quality covers to The Rolling Stones albums, I mean it is not some obscure Belarusian Doom Metal, where I would expect you cannot procure a nice 1200x1200 digital artwork. So is this just how it is? Or do I do sth. wrong? And yes, “Preview Only” is unchecked. P.S: When I search for covers with Mp3Tag I find tons and tons of 1000+ covers for EVERY Rolling Stones album, so they are out there. SongKong just does not seem to find or to download them properly…

Can you run Create Support Files please so I can check your results.

Its possible this is a side effect of this bug - this is fixed for next release that I originally had planned for this week, but it is probably going to be next week now.

Try ensuring that Other Artwork:Rezize Artwork is also set to 4000 and see if that resolves issue.
