it is happening all the time. Is there a temporary problem ?

It is temporary problem with the AcoustID server, not under my control - https://community.metabrainz.org/t/something-wrong-with-acoustid-server-again/654927/5

But only affects submitting Acoustid-MusicBrainzIds pairings to Acoustid, i.e it is about improving the links between AcoustID and MusicBrainzId it does not affect the matching results you are getting.
