This is not a isolated issue, here is what a grep gives on this specific error :

It fails to use accousticID for every single release it tries to match.

Acoustid lookups is provided directly by https://acoustid.org - I have tested today and not seeing any problems so probably a temporary issue with Acoustid.

Are you still having issues, or has problem resolved itself?

Again, if not need full support files to analyse further.
