happened again, this time when I went to fix some songs

If happens when running Fix Songs it is a completely different issue, if you havent already done so please run Create Support Files again.
Hi, I received your log files, can see the error but not exact cause, it seems to be having an issue finding your preferences.
- Has this just started since updating to SongKong 10.8.1 ?
- Do all tasks fail ?
My suspicion is that it has just started since installing 10.8.1 and the issue is not with 10.8.1 but due to a problem setting up the /songkong virtual folder ?
Maybe reinstalling image or at least relaunching container will resolve this.
ok sorry paul. ive been flat out on my end.
it seems everything has returned to normal. its working again now.
i imagine it was because ive relaunched it.
