[Worldwide] country selection

Would it be possible to add [Worldwide] as a country preference selection? Increasingly, digitial releases are being added to MB and no way to select it as a preferred country.

Could do, but I think you would get much the same result by not selecting any country but ensuring Preferred media format was set to Digital Media
