Please help

I have around 164000 mp3 files that i have loaded on one go.
The problem is, it has now been 4 days since starting to do auto correct. It is. Currently busy at step 9 of eleven and at stage 3.

Problem is my quad core. Processors is running around 90 percent occupied. And at the rate things are going it would be occupied like this for another two days. I dont think this is good for my mac. If i press cancell will i lose every that has been done this four days.

Will i get the same result at the end if i load around 10k files on a go. And work thru the whole 164000.
Or is there a other way i can do this.

Thanks in advance
I currently have the newest version of jaikoz installed and are using the pro licence.

I noticed that jaikoz, when it gets low on resources that have been preassigned to it, will enter what appears to be a safe mode where it barely runs instead of crashing and losing all that work. Once it gets to that point, it pretty much doesn’t move at all. For me that was around the 60k file point.

To avoid any slow downs, I typically only load batches of 10k to 20k at a time. This way I usually get the full batch tagged in under an hour and jaikoz never gets low enough on resources to go into that super slow mode. If you are able to keep with it, the batches of 10k will be WAY FASTER than trying to do it all in one go!

Thanks greengeek.
Got home yesterday after posting this and found my jaikoz app completely crashed

So i deleted the library file and started from scartch with less files.
Hope this will sort out the problem.
