Workflow suggestion

I am very satisfied with the way songkong works, so only a minor suggestion.: After matching I am left with a summary box and a html page which I have to close each search. It would be nice not to have to click “close” each and very time. I would rather have an option opt out of this and the html page that gives me details of my matches. Most of the time the information given while matching is sufficient.

Also I would love to start the matching process just by clicking on the cd icon on the left of the start page instead og going through the options page on every album.

If I one needs to set/change options this should be done by a menu entry and/or an icon on the start screen.

“Preview only” by the way is the option I change frequently, followed by “only allow match if all songs…” These would candidates for dedicated icon or radio button on the top page.

As an alternate route “fix Songs” might be made in the startup page.

Hi, yes we have issue for this http://jthink.net:8081/browse/SONGKONG-494 not yet done.

So, just click on the Cd icon and it starts matching without showing options, we dont have that, but we do have matching thats lets you drag songs to the SongKong icon on the toolbar and it starts matching, its works a bit differently whether you are on OSX or Windows.

Jaikoz works like this,in that you have to go into preferences to change options but I do thinks it better to show the options everytime, you only have to click on Okay once more to start Fixings Songs, you don’t have to go through each tab.

I can see the point of adding Preview to main screen, but “only allow match if all songs…” is applicable to Fix Songs, not Delete Duplicates ecetera so Im not sure how this could fit in with the main windows.
