Dunno if geoblocking is the problem but here is the situation - I have a bought and paid audio CD from USA - I live in UK. It loads onto my Mac fine - but I want to get it onto my iPhone.
The contents do indeed show up on my phone but they are greyed out and inaccessible - if I try to play it says “This song is not currently available in your country or region”.
My first thought was to change the meta-data of the downloaded file to bypass this tomfoolery but even using VLC the song / album etc cannot be edited.
I am simply trying to listen to content which I have paid for. Never come across this before would appreciate your help.
