When you first install Jaikoz the standard configuration files are stored with the application folder, but when you start Jaikoz for the first time the configuration files are copied over to the following locations:
MacOS
Library:Preferences:Jaikoz
Windows
C:\Users\username\Jaikoz
Linux
$HOME/.jaikoz/Prefs
and these are the files that are used by Jaikoz
If you need to manually modify a configuration file you should modify these rather than the original ones stored with the Jaikoz application itself. You should close Jaikoz first before making any modifications to these files.
Most settings are stores in setting.properties this can be opened with any text editor

From MacOS easiest way to find folder is as follows
From Finder , hold down Option Button and select Go menu
Select Library from the list
Go to Library:Preferences:Jaikoz
