Hi, I was wondering if you could describe what happens when an acoustic ID is not found on Amplifind. Does Jaikoz save any data from this cpu intensive task?
Often I find myself spending several hours sending data to Amplifind only to find that there is no available data to retrieve. This means that I will have to spend several hours again sending data to Amplifind in the next 24 hours. Is there something that can be done about this?

If no ID found, then Jaikoze generate one and send it to server. Then amplifind do magic with your packets on their servers and after 24hrs is the analyzed ID available for all.

However, I was more concerned with whether or not Jaikoz needs to recompute the acoustic ID if it is not found on the amplifind servers.
There is already a request for Jaikoz to cache details of songs that have been fully analysed , so full analysis is not done again. Of course Jaikzo should always do the quicker check for id because you never know when a new id has been added (either from data you have submitted or data from another user)
