The font size is too small and makes my eyes tired.
No, but I suppose you could change the screen resolution to increase the size of fonts and everything else.

Unfortunately I get requests for new features nearly every day and cannot possibly do them all, and this is the first time this has been requested, although I can see the usefulness of it.
