I had installed the trial version, then decided to purchase the standard �20 programme. I recieved the email with the license zip, I opened it and then opened Jaikoz to update the license. The path finder dialogue box always opens now but when I put the license in it says unable to update and the pathfinder dialogue box remains.
Can someone please help me with this. I have made the payment and am not getting my product
