i just updated to version 3.3.3 -
though my program doesnt work now.
i am running winds 6 :(vista) service pack 1
i have java 6 (update 16)
i get an error message that reads as follows
unable to start jaikoz
java.sql.batchupdateexception: table/vie ‘artwork’ does not exist.
i tried redownloading, clean install, unistall reinstall etc…
is there any known fix?
This can occur when you upgrade from quite an old version rather than a more recent version, uninstalling Jaikoz doesn’t actually remove user settings which is why you still get this problem, (perhaps I should change this.)
You need to manually delete your old Jaikoz database
folder
On Mac, from the Finder delete
Home:Library: Preferences:Jaikoz:Jaikozdb
On Windows Vista, from Explorer delete
C;/Users/Jaikoz/Jaikozdb
and on Linux from commandline
rm /username/jaikoz/jaikozdb
