I’m not able to remove the “preview only” check mark after adding the license info. Is there something I need to do? or a text file that needs to be updated?

Have you purchased SongKong Standard, you need SongKong Pro to use the Remote Web Gui
You can Upgrade Standard to SongKong Pro at https://www.jthink.net/songkong/en/buy.jsp note the line that says:
Same license valid for all devices, but at least Pro license needed for devices that only use Web/Remote UI such as Synology, Qnap, Unraid
